SportsWIN enforces a platform-wide NIL × restricted-category wall: NIL athletes may not appear adjacent to wagering, casino, cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, adult, or crypto content. Pipeline spokes — college, prep, and youth — are permanently walled from restricted categories regardless of state law.
